Brody Egg
The classic egg, the name comes from one of our best buddies Brody Shockley, who at the time wanted something fast and easy to ride to help him be able to get out and catch more waves and surf more days. We tried to take all the elements of the classic egg and give it some modern updates to help separate our egg from the rest. Think classic speed trimmer with modern day foam foils and bottom contours.
Key Features: Super clean outline, hard to replicate. Clean curves have always been our brand, they just seem to work. Super flat rocker, made to surf even the smallest mushiest of conditions. Pulled in Pin tail give this board some speed control and range in waves that might not make sense at first for the board but will surprise you. Intentional foam under chest for extra paddle power almost like a fish or gun. Full soft rails with a tuck, nothing pinched or catchy. Shallow Single / Double concave adds a spicy modern feel to an old school design.

Single + Side bites: go same inches or 1/2” smaller than length of board in inches. (Weight / Skill Depending)
Ex. 7’0 Brody pairs with a 7”- 6.5” center fin / 3 1/4” – 3 1/2” side fins.
Pure single: go same inches or 1” more of fin as length of board. (Weight / Skill Depending)
Ex. 7’0 Brody pairs with a 7”-8” Fin
(Weight / Skill Depending) means lighter weighted rider or more skilled rider go with the lower end of fin depth. Heavier weight or less skilled go on the upper end of fin depth. Less fin = Loose/Easy to turn. More fin = More Drive / Hold

This board will be the best low end range mid length we offer. More grovel capabilities than the Magic Matt and the Brody HP.
Every time someone asks about what mid length they should start out on I recommend this board. It a great board for longboarders coming down in size but still want that flow. It’s good surfers that want to work on style and get a different feeling under foot. Good for small days at your local break or take on a surf trip. One of the most versatile easy to ride boards on the market today.
